To cancel or reschedule a service, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. For same-day cancellations, a fee equal to 50% of the booked services will be applied. In the case of no-show appointments, the full amount of the booked services will be charged. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment (5 minutes for brow appointments), a charge of 50% of the appointment fee will be imposed and you will be requested to reschedule.
